30-Minute Consultation Scheduled
A consultation call or in-person meeting is scheduled at a mutually convenient time. This conversation covers your current routine, goals, and which programme format fits your schedule.
Assessment & Programme Begin
Following the consultation, an intake assessment is conducted and a periodised programme is prepared. The first session is scheduled within one week of the completed assessment.
