Sessions must be scheduled in advance through direct communication with Arenovas. Rescheduling requests should be made no fewer than 24 hours before a confirmed session. Late cancellations or missed sessions without advance notice may be counted toward the agreed programme schedule.
Training plans, movement protocols, and session structures are designed based on information provided during the initial assessment. It is your responsibility to communicate any changes to your circumstances, goals, or physical state that may affect programme delivery.
Arenovas reserves the right to modify or suspend service delivery where circumstances require it, including but not limited to venue unavailability, coach scheduling constraints, or situations outside our reasonable control. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Payment schedules, accepted payment methods, and any applicable deposit requirements will be communicated directly during the onboarding process. Arenovas does not store or directly process payment card information through this website.
Where a programme or package is cancelled by the client before its scheduled completion, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Arenovas, taking into account sessions already delivered and any preparation work completed on behalf of the client.
In the event that Arenovas is unable to deliver an agreed service due to circumstances within our control, we will endeavour to offer an alternative arrangement or, where appropriate, a proportional adjustment to fees paid.
